TAKE AWAY PACKAGING
Nirula’s, one of the first quick service restaurants in India commissioned us in 2006 to revamp and redesign the brand look.
Our design solution was to subtly modify the original logo and create a rich new graphic vocabulary. We used sketches, graffiti and scribbles to make the designs more personal, vibrant and engaging.
Drawing on Nirula’s unique relationship with generations of customers, we interviewed them and used their phrases and sentiments on packaging and wall graphics.
Our design approach for the packaged bakery products and condiments followed the same philosophy of playful hand-drawn graphics that set them apart from mass-manufactured supermarket products.
