BRAND NAME + IDENTITY
This newly launched small batch, all natural artisanal ice cream brand needed a stand out identity to establish its difference. With its adventurous flavours and premium pricing,
it was well suited to be positioned as an ice cream for grown-ups. We named it Cold Love, opening up possibilities for plenty of storytelling for the brand. Black packaging and a colour palette of black and icy blue allowed for a striking, adult personality for
GCD started by coming up with our brand name and there has been no looking back. Right from the logo design, brand look & feel, packaging and parlour interiors, to the communication and advertising, they have been an integral part of the brand journey and success. I have always been a fan of their work, but now, as a client/partner, I'm an even bigger fan.
