SpiceJet was one of the early low fare carriers to be launched in India. The brand personality needed to appeal to first time fliers and reassure regular fliers that it was not a ‘cheap’ airline.
We arrived at the unusual name of SpiceJet, and used the spice box as our inspiration with its burnt chilli, saffron and turmeric to create a vibrant, happy identity, rich with Indian flavours.

to create an identity that was vibrant and approachable,
and at the same time technologically sound and reliable.

Visual metaphors were developed for the brand and applied to posters within the SpiceJet office.
Ads highlighting the role of travel agents in the growth of the business of the brand were created for Travel trade magazines.
